In our effort to support our community we are introducing our “Click, Call & Collect“ service, which will further add value to our customer proposition.
What is included?
- We will provide you all the documentation and materials we have for a vehicle of your choice, to allow you to make an informed decision.
- Additionally we will arrange a Citnow video of the chosen vehicle and an independent AA report, confirming its condition.
- We are fully committed to organise & complete transactions over the phone and online, including financing.
- And lastly- You can collect your vehicle by appointment or we will arrange a free delivery* (T&C apply) of your newly purchased, cleaned and sanitised vehicle to your work or home address.
Confidence in buying online
If for any reason the vehicle does not match the CITnow video or the Independent AA report, a full refund will be offered in the first 48 hours.

Free delivery is available within 20 miles radius of our showroom. £1 per mile will be charged after the first 20 miles, based on AA Route Planner distance.

We are pleased to welcome you back in our showrooms, with all the precautions in place for yours and our safety. You can search online, complete transactions over the phone, apply for finance & collect your vehicle, all in one day. Safety measures in our dealerships:
- We undertake daily temperature screening on our associates at the start of each working day.
- 2-metre social distancing markers have been placed in the relevant areas of the dealership.
- One way system in place.
- Protective screens have been installed for our crew members.
- Calls & appointments before-hand will be made to limit the number of visitors and time spent in the showrooms.
- PPE and hand sanitiser is available should you require
- All our vehicles are sanitised prior to collection or delivery. They are fully prepared and ready for collection
