1. We will provide you all the documentation and materials we have for a specific vehicle to allow you to make an informed decision.
2. Additionally, we will arrange a Citnow video of the chosen vehicle and an independent AA report, confirming its condition.
3. We are fully committed to organising & completing transactions over the phone and online, including financing.
4. And lastly- we can arrange individual collection slot or a delivery of your newly purchased, sanitised and cleaned vehicle to your work or home address.

Confidence in buying online

If for any reason the vehicle does not match the Citnow video or the Independent AA report a full refund will be offered in the first 48 hours.
