Drivers:

25 to 69 years old; all groups.
A driving license must have been held for a minimum of 12 months.
The Driving Licence presented must be in date and accompanied by a valid DVLA Share Code
The Hirer must provide two forms of personal identification (i.e. utility bills, bank statements, etc…).

Mileage Allowances:

All excess mileage is charged at £0.24p + VAT. per mile.

Payment:

Debit or Credit Card

Cards excluded: Electron and American Express Cards.

For Long-Term and Flexi-Lease rentals, we require a £500.00 deposit.

General Terms:

All Vehicles are subject to availability, we reserve the right to substitute any vehicle for a similar vehicle and to upgrade a vehicle without notice to the hirer.
Strict Non-Smoking Policy in all our vehicles.

Overseas Use:

Under no circumstances may any rental vehicle be taken outside the UK.

Cancellation Fee:

Bookings canceled with a minimum of 14 days' notice of the rental, will be offered a full refund of payment. This excludes all People Carrier MPV's (7 seats and above).
Bookings canceled with less than 14 days' notice of the booked rental, will forfeit the full cost of the rental by their payment method with no refund.

Our aim is to secure finance for you at the lowest interest rate you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over. Guarantees may be required.
